Q: How much do you charge for your colours?

A: At Elenbi our pricing is determined by the amount of product used and time needed to create your colour– as you can understand a client with fine hair will use a lot less product than another with very thick hair. For this reason, We offer a complimentary consultation to all new and existing clients and we always quote before any service is started.

 

Q: How much do you charge for Balayage?

A: This can be very difficult for us to quote as there is many different techniques. There are many different techniques to create a Balayage or a root stretch effect.

Please call in for your personalised quote at any of our salons.

 

Q: What if I am unhappy with my hair or service?

A: It is always our intention to get it right every time however sometimes we don’t. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your style or colour. We allow a two week time frame from the day the service was done to correct any issues at no charge. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to fix what you are concerned about.

After this time, services are at our normal Elenbi prices.

 

Q: Why is a haircut between $67 – $80?

A: Most trim and blow drys are $67 but sometimes the hair cut and blow dry is not that simple and may need more styling so we need to charge appropriately for the time taken.

 

Q: Can I have a haircut and no blow-dry?

A: We are a full-service salon, so we require a blow dry to ensure we get it right.

 

Q: Do you cut children’s hair?

A: Yes, we do, children’s prices can vary between $30- $65 depending on the amount of hair, some children have hair just like adults which means we need to quote appropriately for the time taken to perform the service.

Please note children will be charged adult prices after 5pm on a Thursday, all day Saturday and Sundays.

 

Q: What is the Elenbi rewards program? 

A: At Elenbi we want to reward you for your loyalty, we give you a point for every dollar you spend in salon including products and services. Please be aware your rewards card is like cash we do not reissue points for lost or stolen cards.

Below is our rewards points system:

500 points- $50 off a combined full cut and colour services

1000 points- $100 restaurant voucher

1250 points – $200 Day spa voucher

 

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: We are a very busy salon and we appreciate if you can allow us 24 hours’ notice so we can allocate your appointment time to someone else.

 

Q: Are you hiring?

A: Yes! We are always looking for new senior stylists to join our friendly team, Elenbi offers growth opportunity within our current and future salons. If you are a senior stylist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, then please contact Leigh on 0424 507 502.

 

Q: What type of products do you use?

A: Loreal Professional & Kerastase Hair care range. Elenbi offer a fantastic package for your home hair care. When you purchase any Masque and a styling product, we give you the Shampoo for Free! Saving between $40-42

 

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?

A: Yes we do! You can find your gift voucher to the value of your choice at any of our Elenbi locations to be redeemed within the location of your choice, our gift vouchers have 12 months use by from the date of purchase.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: At all Elenbi locations we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa card and cheques. We do not accept American express or diners. At this stage we do not offer any pre-paid services for example after pay/ zip pay.
