FAQs

Q: How much do you charge for your colours?

A: When providing personalised and unique colouring services, we consider many things- application techniques, amount of product required and the time that is allocated to create your colour creation. 

Our elenbi stylists include a complimentary colour consultation and quote prior to every colour service.

Q: How much do you charge for Balayage?

A: A balayage colour service is often tailored to each client and can vary with each colouring session. It is best to visit one of our elenbi salons and consult with our stylists who will determine your colouring needs.

Q: What if I am unhappy with my hair or service?

A: Elenbi salons aim to provide a great salon experience and beautiful hair.  We understand that we don’t always get it right and we are always happy to see our clients again for any adjustments that may be required to get your style right. 

Please phone our salons within two weeks of your service to give us the opportunity to make any changes. After this time, future appointments may be charged as a full price service.

 

Q: Can I have a haircut and no blow-dry?

A: At elenbi, we provide a complete service. Our haircut prices include a shampoo, stylecut and blowdry finish. We want all our clients to leave our salons looking their best.

Q: Do you cut children’s hair?

A: Yes, we do children’s haircuts although we don’t offer children or student prices. Children/students are charged as per our pricing menu.

Q: What is the Instagram gift card?

If you follow us on Instagram, you will receive an Instagram Gift card. 

We offer a point for every dollar that you spend on services or haircare.

Once you accrue your elenbi Instagram points, you receive-

  • 800 points – $50 off a combined style cut and colour service.
  • 1200 points – $100 restaurant voucher

Your Instagram gift card is nontransferable and must be presented at each visit or purchase of products. If you lose your Instagram gift card, you lose your points and a new card will be issued.

The Instagram gift card is a thank you gift to our elenbi clients and a platform to share specials and promotions to you.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: We do require at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation or reschedule to avoid a fee.

Q: Are you hiring?

A: Yes! We are always looking for new senior stylists to join our friendly team, Elenbi offers growth opportunity within our current and future salons. If you are a senior stylist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, then please contact Leigh on 0424 507 502.

Q: What type of products do you use?

A: Elenbi is a L’Oréal Professionnel and kerastase exclusive salon.

We encourage our clients to use a kerastase program to maintain beautiful hair. We offer a specaial that is unique to elenbi.

 

Purchase a Kerastase masque with a Kerastase leave-in and we will give you a FREE KERASTASE SHAMPOO.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?

A: Yes, we do. You can purchase a gift voucher to the value of your choice at any of our Elenbi locations. Gift vouchers can be redeemed at the location of your choice. Our gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: At all Elenbi locations we accept cash, MasterCard and Visa. At this stage we do not offer any pre-paid services for example after pay/ zip pay.
